We also stayed here for a wedding at Crowcombe Court which is just a 10/15 minute drive away. The hotel is in a lovely part of the village, right next to the pretty church and just a 2 minute walk through its grounds to a friendly pub & village shop. Judi & Rob are the perfect hosts and the hotel has all you need for an excellent stay. We stayed at Hall Farm B&B for a wedding at Crowcombe Court. The B&B is beautifully quaint and the service was fantastic. The owner allowed us to check in to our room at midday to get ready for the wedding, and generously served us tea, homemade cake and shortbread on arrival. The beds are incredibly comfy, the shower had great water pressure, the place was very clean and tidy, and I can't speak highly enough about the service. Wonderful place to stay.  Beautiful grounds and handy to the town square.  Great steam railway experience from the Stogumber Station as well.  Breakfast was excellent and quite a variety.  Rob and Judi were warm and welcoming.

I fell in love with Stogumber and Hall Farm. The B & B itself has that rustic farmhouse charm, is friendly, accommodating and serves a fantastic breakfast. Hall Farm is central to some fantastic walks (long or very manageable), beautiful tea rooms (gardens) and sits next door to the churchyard, pub and convenience store. Fall asleep to the sound of hooting owls and wake up to busy woodpeckers, what is not to love.

What a gem of a find! A lovely traditional B&B set in a stunning quiet village. Judi and Rob are wonderful hosts, the place is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are superb. Stogumber is a lovely village with a vibrant pub, that serves great food. The location is great for exploring and far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and restful. Had a lovely stay while walking The Coleridge Way with friends early September 2023. Lovely farmhouse and gardens. Village and church beautiful, local pub friendly and served good food. Charmantes Farmhaus mit guten Betten, freundlichen Zimmern (mit Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffe) und gutem Service. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit problemloser Erfüllung meiner Extrawünsche. Judi und Rob bemühen sich (erfolgreich) um Nachhaltigkeit mit Wärmepumpe, Mehrweg Wasserflaschen, Milchkännchen und zum Frühstück gab es auch nichts aus Plastik.
Bei schönem Wetter kann man wunderbar auf der (erhöhten) Terrasse frühstücken. Und die Wanderwege (SEHR viele Public Footpaths) direkt in und um Stogumber bis auf die Quantocks und ins Exmoor sind traumhaft! Unübertroffene Ruhe! Auch das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig.

Well placed to explore the local area, many options for a nice evening out within a short distance.
Friendly and most obliging hosts, the generous breakfast is a real highlight.
